We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact us at admin@andymontessori.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
Provide photos or videos to help us assess the defect or issue.
Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

5. Resolution Options

If the warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options based on the issue:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Repair: If possible, we will repair the item and return it to you.
Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial or full refund based on the condition of the product.

6. Shipping Costs

If the product is defective and covered under warranty, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement or repair.
If the warranty claim is not approved, shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
